📋 Tasks & Earnings
Currently, tasks involve downloading mobile apps and submitting a screenshot proof. New task types may be added over time. Each task has a specific reward amount based on your subscription plan.
Go to the Tasks section → Select a task → Download the specified app on your phone → Take a screenshot showing the app installed/opened → Upload the screenshot on RewardPro → Wait for approval.
Most task submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, the reward is instantly credited to your wallet.
If your submission is rejected, you'll receive a reason. Common reasons include blurry screenshots, wrong app, or suspected fake proof. You may resubmit a valid screenshot for the same task.
Yes, the number of tasks you can complete per day depends on your subscription plan. Higher plans allow more tasks per day.
💰 Wallet & Withdrawals
Go to Wallet → Withdraw → Enter the amount and your UPI ID or bank account details → Submit. Withdrawals are processed after admin review, usually within 24–72 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is set by the admin and is displayed on the withdrawal page. Please check the current limit in your dashboard.
A small processing fee may be deducted on withdrawals. The fee amount is clearly shown before you confirm the withdrawal.
Approved withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. UPI transfers are typically faster than bank transfers.
Yes. KYC (Aadhaar/PAN and bank/UPI details) is required before you can make your first withdrawal. This is mandatory under Indian regulations.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan activates immediately after payment.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular mobile wallets via Razorpay.
No, there is no automatic renewal. You will need to manually renew your plan before it expires. We send reminders before expiry.

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they register using your code and meet eligibility criteria (like completing their first task or purchasing a plan), you earn a referral bonus.
Referral bonus amounts depend on the platform settings. You can check the current referral bonus in your Referral section.
Yes, there is no limit on referrals. The more genuine users you refer, the more you earn.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email, and we'll send you an OTP to reset your password.
No. Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts will be detected and permanently banned.
Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Note that account deletion is permanent and any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.
