1. Overview
RewardPro is a digital task-based earning platform. When you purchase a subscription plan, you gain access to tasks, earning features, and other premium benefits. Since our services are digital in nature, this refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and the platform.
2. Subscription Payments
- Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay (cards, netbanking, wallets) or UPI
- Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated immediately
- You will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS
- Payment receipts are available in your account dashboard
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

- Duplicate Payment — If you were charged twice for the same subscription
- Payment Error — If the payment was deducted but the subscription was not activated due to a technical error
- Unauthorized Transaction — If the payment was made without your consent (subject to verification)
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of Mind — If you simply changed your mind after purchasing
- Partial Usage — If you have already used the subscription and completed tasks
- Account Suspension — If your account was suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
- Expired Plans — If the subscription has already expired
- Promotional/Discounted Plans — Special offer plans purchased at discounted rates

6. Task Rewards & Wallet Balance
- Task rewards credited to your wallet are non-refundable
- Referral bonuses, login bonuses, and other credits are non-refundable
- Wallet balance can only be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process
- If your account is terminated due to fraud, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited
7. Cancellation of Subscription
- You may choose not to renew your subscription — there is no auto-renewal
- Cancelling access mid-subscription does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund
- Your subscription benefits remain active until the expiry date
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting RewardPro support may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Forfeiture of any pending wallet balance
- Permanent ban from the platform

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
