Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RewardPro ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including regular users, sub-admins, and administrators.

2. Eligibility

To use RewardPro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid email address and mobile number
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Complete KYC verification when required

3. Account Registration

• You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Each user may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended
• You must not share your account with others or let others use your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription Plans

• Access to tasks and earning features requires an active subscription plan
• Subscription plans are billed as per the selected plan (monthly, yearly, etc.)
• Payments can be made via Razorpay (cards, netbanking, wallets) or UPI
• Plans are non-transferable between accounts
• Plan features and pricing may be updated at our discretion with prior notice

5. Tasks & Earnings

• Users can earn rewards by completing tasks (e.g., downloading apps, submitting screenshots)
• Task submissions must be genuine and include valid proof (screenshots)
• Fraudulent, fake, or duplicate submissions will be rejected and may result in account suspension
• Task reward amounts are set by the admin and may vary
• Approved task rewards are credited to your in-app wallet
• We reserve the right to reverse rewards if fraud is detected after approval

6. Wallet & Withdrawals

• Earnings are stored in your RewardPro wallet
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as set by the platform
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the admin team
• A processing fee may be deducted on withdrawals as per platform policy
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered bank account or UPI ID
• Processing time may vary based on verification requirements
• We reserve the right to hold or deny withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected

7. Referral Program

• Users may earn referral bonuses by inviting others to join using their unique referral code
• Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user meets eligibility criteria
• Self-referrals or fake referrals will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account suspension
• Referral reward amounts and rules are subject to change

8. Sub-Admin Terms

• Sub-admins manage a group of users and earn commissions on their users' activities
• Commission rates are set by the admin and may vary
• Sub-admins must not engage in deceptive practices to recruit users
• Sub-admin privileges may be revoked at the admin's discretion

9. KYC Verification

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals
• You must submit valid, government-issued identification documents
• Submitting fake or forged documents will result in permanent account ban
• KYC data is stored securely and used solely for verification purposes

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, duplicate, or fraudulent task proofs
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform
• Create multiple accounts or use someone else's identity
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users or support staff
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Manipulate the referral system for unearned bonuses

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, any pending wallet balance may be forfeited if the account was terminated due to violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

• RewardPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any loss of earnings, data, or damages arising from use of the platform
• Task availability and reward amounts are subject to change without notice
• We are not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures

13. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software on the RewardPro platform are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of RewardPro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
